Refund policy

At One of a Kind by Ranjitha Jayasimha, we want you to be completely satisfied with your jewelry purchase. If you are not happy with your order, our return and refund policy explains how you can request a return or refund.

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • To be eligible for a return, the jewelry item must:

    • Be unused and in the same condition as received.

    • Be in the original packaging, with all tags or certificates intact (if applicable).

  • Items damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or wear and tear are not eligible for return.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Customized or personalized jewelry items are non-returnable unless they are defective or damaged on arrival.

  • Gift cards or special promotional items are non-returnable.

3. How to Initiate a Return

  • Contact us within 7 days of receiving the product via:

  • Provide your order number, product name, and reason for return.

  • Our team will guide you through the return process and provide the shipping instructions.

4. Refund Process

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be Credited to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.

5. Replacement Policy

  • If your jewelry is defective, damaged, or incorrect, we can offer a replacement at no extra cost.

  • Replacement requests should be made within 7 days of receiving the order.

  • Replacement products will be delivered with in 7 days.
